Getting Started

Welcome to the MomentumBizz documentation. This guide walks you through setting up your account, configuring your workspace and going live.

Create your account from the Get Started button, confirm your email, and you'll land in your dashboard ready to configure your organisation.

Account & Workspace Setup

Add your organisation details, branding and team members. Assign roles so each person sees exactly what they need.

Invite teammates from Settings → Team. Roles control access at the module level and are enforced on the server.

Core Modules

Each core module can be enabled from your settings. Below are the building blocks of the platform:

  • Company dashboard — A single command centre for every entity you manage.
  • Trade licence reminders — Never miss a licence renewal with automated countdowns.
  • Employee records — Central, searchable profiles with documents and status.
  • Document management — Store, tag and expire-track every official document.
  • Payroll — Run accurate monthly payroll with UAE-ready rules.
  • WPS tracking — Stay aligned with Wage Protection System requirements.
  • VAT support — Track VAT obligations and keep filings on schedule.
  • UAE e-Invoicing readiness — Be ready for the UAE e-invoicing mandate.
  • Contract management — Centralise contracts with renewal and expiry alerts.
  • Insurance reminders — Track policies and get alerts before they expire.

Integrations & API

Connect third-party systems and push data where you need it. API access is available on Enterprise and Custom plans.

Generate API keys from Settings → Integrations. All requests are authenticated and scoped to your account.
